Category note: Two distinct buys. (1) VC hardware: because coworking members bring their own platform (Zoom, Teams, Meet, Webex), a platform-agnostic BYOM/USB video bar (Logitech Rally Bar or Poly Studio in USB mode, or an all-in-one like Owl Labs) that any laptop plugs into usually beats a single-platform appliance (Zoom Room / Teams Room) that locks the room to one platform and carries a per-room license. (2) Booking panels: a door panel only adds value if it reads from your management platform's booking/billing engine. Most panels (Evoko, GoBright) sync only to Microsoft 365 / Google (the corporate case); the coworking-relevant ones integrate with Nexudus/OfficeRnD (Joan, Humly) - or you use the platform's own panel app (e.g. Nexudus NexBoard).
