Category note: Two distinct buys. (1) VC hardware: because coworking members bring their own platform (Zoom, Teams, Meet, Webex), a platform-agnostic BYOM/USB video bar (Logitech Rally Bar or HP Poly Studio in USB mode, or an all-in-one like Owl Labs) that any laptop plugs into usually beats a single-platform appliance (Zoom Room / Teams Room) that locks the room to one platform and carries a per-room licence. Wireless BYOD (Barco ClickShare, or Airtame in AV & Digital Signage Vendors) removes the cable altogether. (2) Booking panels: a door panel only adds value if it reads from your management platform's booking/billing engine (see Coworking Operating Systems). Most panels (Evoko, GoBright) sync only to Microsoft 365 / Google (the corporate case); the coworking-relevant ones integrate with Nexudus (Humly, Tapirx) - or you use the platform's own tablet app (Nexudus NexBoard, OfficeRnD Rooms). Asia-Pacific: Yealink and MAXHUB (China) are the common value brands and are widely stocked by Singapore and Australian resellers; Offision (Hong Kong) sells booking-panel software across Southeast Asia, Australia and India.
