What it covers

How to think about it

Treat it like an intern, not an oracle. Give it context and check its work. Use it as a thinking partner that finds the gaps in your plan, not as a machine that hands out answers.

How to set it up

Your own AI setup. One main AI tool, with your CRM, email, calendar, documents and coworking software connected to it.

How to run it

Measure outcomes and control the risks. Staff using unapproved AI tools is riskier than having company systems in place.
