Terms of enrolment

The short version. The sections below are the full terms.

Membership works differently: a monthly membership can be cancelled at any time, an annual one from the end of the year you have paid for. See Membership below.

The Coworking Institute is run by Coworking Institute Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore, UEN 202638130H. In these terms, “the Institute”, “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means the person who takes the place.

If your organisation pays for your place, these terms still apply to you as the participant, and any refund goes back to whoever paid.

All prices are in US dollars. Where sales tax, VAT or GST applies, it is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

Your place is confirmed when your payment goes through and we email you a confirmation. Places are capped at 100 per Briefing sitting and 14 on the Programme, and are allocated in the order payment is received.

The Coworking Foundation takes registrations first; payment follows when your cohort is set and checkout opens. The Coworking MBA is by application, and the terms of payment are set out in your offer of a place. Membership is bought on the membership page and billed by the month or by the year.

The Programme can be paid in full, USD 4,800, or in four monthly instalments of USD 1,200, the first taken when you book.

A payment plan is a way of paying the full fee, not a subscription. If you withdraw after the refund window has closed, the instalments still to come remain due.

If an instalment fails, we will contact you to put it right.

Instalment plans are also available on the Coworking MBA, as set out in your offer.

The first seven days are counted from the first session of your programme.

AI for Leaders · The Briefing

Cancel up to 48 hours before your sitting starts and we refund you in full.

Within 48 hours of the start we cannot refund, but we will move you to a later sitting.

AI for Leaders · The Programme

Withdraw any time before the programme starts and we refund you in full; start it and tell us within the first seven days that it is not for you, and we refund you then too.After the first seven days, fees are not refundable.

On the payment plan, a refund covers everything you have paid, and the instalments still to come are cancelled. After the first seven days, fees are not refundable.

Coworking Foundation

Withdraw any time before the programme starts and we refund you in full; start it and tell us within the first seven days that it is not for you, and we refund you then too.

The Coworking MBA

Withdraw any time before the programme starts and we refund you in full; start it and tell us within the first seven days that it is not for you, and we refund you then too.

After the first seven days, fees are not refundable, but you may move once to a later cohort.

GCUC Foundation Miami

Tickets for GCUC Foundation Miami are sold by GCUC, and GCUC’s ticket terms apply.

Before your programme starts, you can ask to move to a later cohort instead of withdrawing. What you have paid moves with you. You can do this once.

On the Coworking MBA, that one move is also open to you after the programme has started.

If you expect to miss more than one or two sessions, we would rather you took a later cohort.

Membership is sold by the month or by the year.

A monthly membership can be cancelled at any time. It runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and there is no further charge.

An annual membership can be cancelled with effect from the end of the year you have paid for. We do not refund part of a year.

Email admin@coworkinginstitute.com to cancel. Send it 7 days before your next payment date to give us time to react.

Sessions are taught live, and a missed session is not refunded. On AI for Leaders, recordings go to everyone enrolled.

If we cancel a programme or a sitting, you choose between a full refund and a place on a later date.

If we have to move a session, we will tell you as early as we can.

Email admin@coworkinginstitute.com from the address you booked with, naming the programme and the date. The time your email reaches us is the time that counts.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. We confirm by email once a refund is issued; your bank may take a few days to show it.

Recordings and course materials are for your own learning. Please do not share or republish them. We may update these terms. The version in force when you booked applies to your booking. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
