Before you open
Seven modules on everything that is hard to undo: the business model, the site, the positioning and the numbers, the structure, the floor plan, the people and the tech stack. Taught live, two modules a week, finished in a month.

Two hours · live online
Two hours for a leadership team that wants to start having shared view on AI. It runs twice, on consecutive days so both halves of the world get a civilised hour.

Seven taught sessions and five clinics — working sessions with screen-sharing, not passive Q&A — building an operating system for using AI in a coworking business rather than a tour of tools. Taught live throughout by Pawel Majak. Attendance is the point.
Essential operator education
Four weeks · taught live
Seven modules in a month, two live sessions a week with a Q&A at the end of each. Cohorts are assembled around the people who register rather than a fixed slot, so you tell us your time zone and we group you with peers who can make the same hour. A cohort starts every two months.
Advanced operator education
Ten months · live & online
One module a month for ten months: live lectures and AMAs with rotating industry experts. Over fifty-five hours of tuition, and every deliverable is an artefact your business will benefit from.

One day · Mindspace Wynwood
Seven sessions in one day: The floor plan, the deal, the members, the pipeline, the tech stack and a printed workbook. Ending with an one hour open forum with all faculty and closing drink. It runs the day before GCUC Miami, so the industry is already in town.

In-person learning events run alongside GCUC conferences, so operators who are already travelling get a full day of teaching for the cost of arriving a day early. The first is Miami; more will follow the GCUC calendar. Every event appears here and on the Events page.

A one-day intensive on the five things that decide whether a space works — the floor plate, the deal, the members, the pipeline and the stack. Seven compressed sessions drawn from across the Foundation and MBA curricula, each ending in a workbook exercise, closing with an hour of all-faculty Q&A. Three case operators run through every session — a pre-opener, a single site at year three, and a scaler.
It is a fast orientation and a room full of people at the same stage, not a programme to work through. If you are opening a space, Coworking Foundation is the thing that produces a file. Plenty of people do both — the day is a good way to decide.

Every programme ends, the support doesn’t have to. Membership is where the answers keep coming from: the operator community, the Coworking Wiki, monthly AMAs and the guest speaker series.
