Live hours across the cohort — seven 90-minute sessions plus five one-hour AI Clinics, all taught live rather than recorded. Plan for roughly two to three hours a week on your own systems between sessions. The build is the programme; the sessions are where it gets unstuck.

Executive Education courses are assessed on what you built, in the same spirit as the Institute’s other programmes. The final session is the assessment: you present the ecosystem you are running and defend the decisions inside it, in front of people who will ask why. Nothing here is examined on a quiz.

Pawel Majak
Pawel spent his career running operations at scale before he ran them with AI — Head of Operations for Europe at Airbnb, Chief Operating Officer at bookingkit, VP of Operations at ERGO Technology & Services. He now builds AI operating systems for founders and leadership teams through his own practice, and is a venture partner at Nordstar in Berlin.Pawel has carried an operational P&L, so he knows the difference between a capability that returns time and one that just moves the work somewhere less visible. The programme is a distillation of his AI Skills. He has some interesting opinions: models are bad at creativity, that context beats tooling, that no configuration is leak-proof — and he will argue them with you.

Not everybody needs a ten-month MBA. These courses are self-contained: no application, no prerequisites, no cohort selection. You pick the domain your business has a gap in and go deep on that one thing.

Executive Education requires no membership and no application — if you want the course, you can take the course. But Institute members and Coworking MBA graduates receive a reduced rate on every course, every time.

If you are undecided, the Briefing is the cheapest honest way to find out. It is deliberately not a sales pitch for the Programme — several people will leave it having got what they needed and gone no further, and that is a good outcome.

Frequently asked questions.
Do I need to do the Briefing before the Programme?

No. They are independent, and you can go straight into the Programme. The Briefing exists for people who want to understand the argument before committing to the full programme — and for leadership teams who need everyone hearing the same thing at once. The Briefing fee is not credited against the Programme, so take it because you want the two hours, not as a deposit.
How technical is this? I am not a developer.

Neither is most of the room. The Programme is written for leaders, not engineers — the emphasis is on judgement, ecosystem design and deployment risk, not code. Session four asks you to assemble a system from tools you already have, and the whole point of session three is mapping your working week before you build anything — you pick the lightest thing that does the job. If a job needs code, you will learn to recognise that and not do it yourself.
How much time does the Programme really take?

Fifteen and a half live hours — seven 90-minute sessions and five one-hour AI Clinics, running 20 October 2026 to 21 January 2027 with a festive break from 18 December to 13 January — plus roughly two to three hours a week building on your own systems. The build time is not optional; the sessions assume the previous one is running.
Is it recorded if I cannot make a session live?

Yes, recordings go to the cohort. But this is a working room rather than a video course — the AI Clinics in particular only do their job if you are in them with your own stuck problem. If you expect to miss more than one or two sessions, take a later cohort.
What tools will I need to pay for?

The programme's position is that connecting what you already pay for beats buying something new. Most participants build on a mainstream AI subscription they already hold plus the calendar, mail, task and document tools already in their business. You will not be asked to buy a stack, and no vendor sponsors this course.
Will this tell me whether AI is safe to use in my business?

It will tell you how to decide. Session five is built on the honest position that no configuration is leak-proof — so instead of a false guarantee you get the lethal trifecta as a working frame, the five ways these systems fail, maker–checker as a management control, and a risk position you can actually defend to a member, a landlord or an insurer.
How is this different from the AI content in the Coworking MBA?

The MBA runs AI as a strand woven through every module — how AI bears on positioning, on sales, on operations — and assesses it at the capstone. Executive Education goes the other way: AI is the whole subject, and you leave with a system running rather than an understanding of where it applies. Graduates who want the depth take this at the graduate rate.
What time do sessions run?

The Programme runs in the Atlantic window: every session is at 17:00 Central European Time, which is 16:00 London, 11:00 New York and 08:00 San Francisco. It is anchored to Central European Time rather than to UTC so the hour does not shift under you when clocks change mid-programme. Asia-Pacific operators should look at those times honestly before booking this cohort. The Briefing is offered in both hemispheres — the Indo-Pacific session runs at 08:00 Central European Time on 22 September, the Atlantic session at 17:00 Central European Time on 23 September — so choose the one that suits your day.
