AV & Digital Signage Vendors
Directory of 14 AV & digital signage vendors covering signage CMS software, media players, and commercial displays for coworking spaces.
AV & Digital Signage
(ScreenCloud is cross-listed under both software and hardware.)
Category note: For coworking, signage is community + wayfinding - event promos, announcements, member directory, room availability. The decision is almost entirely the CMS software: pick for low per-screen cost, ease for non-technical community managers, and integrations (Google / M365 / social, and ideally your booking system's room/event data via Google Calendar). The display and player are commodity - run any CMS on a cheap player (Raspberry Pi, Amazon Signage Stick, Android stick) plus any TV. Proprietary players (BrightSign) or commercial displays (Samsung / LG / PPDS) only earn their cost for premium lobby video walls or 24/7 high-reliability installs. Open-source Xibo suits technical operators avoiding per-screen fees; Airtame is worth a look where you also want wireless screen-sharing in the same rooms.

Signage CMS software
| Vendor | Origin | Markets Served | Segment | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ScreenCloud | United Kingdom | Global | Mid-Enterprise | Polished enterprise signage CMS - native Power BI dashboards, Salesforce, SSO, complex permissions, 24/5 support. Premium pricing; best justified for multi-location internal-comms at scale. Also sells its own players (Station P1 / ScreenRay - see hardware). |
| Yodeck | Greece / United States | Global | SMB | Value leader. Free for 1 screen; bundles a free Raspberry Pi player on annual plans. Easy content tools, though Pi setup is more involved than plug-and-play. Raised Premium/Enterprise prices $1/screen in April 2026. |
| OptiSigns | United States (Houston) | Global | SMB-Mid | Widest hardware support and the largest app marketplace (140+). Free up to 3 screens (watermark). Useful features (advanced scheduling, some apps) are gated behind the $15+ tiers, so real cost is often above the $10 headline. |
