AV & Digital Signage

(ScreenCloud is cross-listed under both software and hardware.)

Category note: For coworking, signage is community + wayfinding - event promos, announcements, member directory, room availability. The decision is almost entirely the CMS software: pick for low per-screen cost, ease for non-technical community managers, and integrations (Google / M365 / social, and ideally your booking system's room/event data via Google Calendar). The display and player are commodity - run any CMS on a cheap player (Raspberry Pi, Amazon Signage Stick, Android stick) plus any TV. Proprietary players (BrightSign) or commercial displays (Samsung / LG / PPDS) only earn their cost for premium lobby video walls or 24/7 high-reliability installs. Open-source Xibo suits technical operators avoiding per-screen fees; Airtame is worth a look where you also want wireless screen-sharing in the same rooms.
