Printing & MFP Management Vendors

Directory of 7 printing & MFP management vendors covering driverless cloud printing, member billing, and enterprise print management for coworking spaces.

Printing & MFP Management

Category note: For coworking, printing needs to do two things: let members print from their own device with zero drivers, and handle the money. Two patterns fit: member-billed - cloud, driverless platforms that sync with your management system and charge print back to member invoices (ezeep is purpose-built for this across Nexudus / OfficeRnD / Cobot / Spacebring; PaperCut Hive/Pocket is the cloud alternative); and guest-paid - self-service where the walk-in pays per job directly with no account (Princh). The enterprise / MFP-governance suites (PrinterLogic/Vasion, uniFLOW, YSoft SAFEQ, Pharos) are built for large managed IT estates and don't natively charge printing back to member invoices - overkill unless you run a big dedicated MFP fleet.

Vendors

Princh Denmark (Aarhus) Global (EU, UK, US, Canada) SMB / Public Self-service BYOD printing / copying / scanning with integrated pay-per-job payment - the guest pays directly (Apple Pay / Google Pay / card / cash), no member account or login needed, and the document releases only after payment. Operator sets per-page prices by size/colour via the Admin Panel; Princh handles all payment (no terminals or agreements to set up) and runs lightweight, even without a dedicated server. Ideal for drop-in / hot-desk / public printing where you don't want to manage member billing - the guest-paid complement to ezeep.
